Humidity control is very important to us, it is the necessary way to low down the mildew risks. we will dry the bamboo by heat treatment, bamboo or materials will be steamed at 90-110 degree temperature for 8-10 hours, after the treatment , the humidity will be less than 15% , it is a safety standard.
We will fumigate all the containers before shipment ,the fumigation will be proceeded by our Quarantine Bureau, using the chemical named METHYL BROMIDE, 48g/m3. We'll have a certificate of fumigation for each shipment. We will also heat treating bamboo by steams over 90 degree for 8-10 hours, that will kill all the insects and worms.
The peak seasons are Autumn and Winter, we will have very good weather, from September till end of January next year, every day is a sunny day. It is the best time for our production, materials are dry enough. we shipped at least 25 containers per month.
We worked in T/T payment at sight, we will email you a full set of scanned shipping documents after shipment, you need to pay us in full at least 1 week before the arrival of container, so you will have enough time to receiving the original papers.
